Example Projects

Sacred Art Projects
Several of our organizations contribute to the production of sacred art that is either distributed at the World Peace Ceremony in Bodhgaya, India or placed in temples. Some of the larger, ongoing projects include the sewing of prayer flags, production of clay Tsa Tsas, and the assembly of hand-held prayer wheels. Participation in sacred art projects generates great merit and aids in purifying the mind.

Film Production

Guna Foundation produces documentary films, archives historical footage and creates photo exhibitions at our studio in Berkeley, CA. Guna Foundation offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals looking to expand their professional skill set while fostering personal and spiritual growth. Guna Foundation is always looking for volunteers experienced in film editing, cinematography, production coordination and promotions.

Tibetan Aid Project

Tibetan Aid Project (TAP) is dedicated to the preservation of Tibetan culture which is supported through various fundraising efforts. Each year TAP produces the Taste & Tribute Benefit Gala. Opportunities at TAP include fundraising and donor relations, event planning, networking, graphic and web design, and marketing/promotions.
